Residential Lettings

PJJS offers 3 different lettings service levels to our landlords, Find a Tenant Only, Rent and Collection or Full Management. However PJJS can provide bespoke services to Landlords that require them.

Find a Tenant Only is exactly what it says; PJJS will advertise the property for the Landlord and reference any prospective tenants. Once a contract has been signed, a fee is taken from the Landlord and contact details will be exchanged with the tenants. It is then up to the Landlord to collect the rent and look after their property.

Rent and Collection is where PJJS will find a tenant, carry out referencing, draw up and execute the legal documents, lodge the deposit with My Deposits, advise utility companies, collect the rent, check the tenant out and return the deposit.

Full Management requires nothing from the Landlord, apart from the keys. PJJS will carry out all the services as in the Rent and Collection above as well as look after the day-to-day management of the property, conduct full inspections and all correspondence will come to PJJS, who will contact the Landlord with any and all updates regarding their property.

If a Landlord has multiple properties, PJJS is willing to provide a discount to the Landlord.
